Lens Features

Rx Lenses

Hydroleophobic coating: Clear Guard is your first line of defense against dirt, dust, and grease that try to lessen your quality of vision. The Hydroleophobic coating is a permanent shield that creates a slick surface for easier cleaning and that allows dirt and smudges to slide off.

Trivex or Polycarbonate

Both materials produce an impact resistant, UV protected lens. Polycarbonate is a thinner material; however, Trivex lenses are lighter in weight. Also, Trivex lenses have better optical clarity, in both central and peripheral vision, that is more similar to the vision you would get with glass lenses. You can upgrade to Trivex lenses for an additional $50 during checkout.

Ion Coating

The Anti-Reflective (AR) coating is applied last to enhance our line of Fuse +Plus lenses. AR coating is applied in a vacuum chamber to ensure a uniform, microscopically thin optical layer on the lens. This helps to reduce eyestrain, diminish distortion, and improve vision.

Polarization

Glare is concentrated light that bounces off of flat surfaces such as water, asphalt, snow, and sand that can temporarily blind you and cause discomfort, distortion, and eye fatigue. Fuse polarized lenses block 99% of all surface glare, allowing you to both see clearer and let your eyes relax.
